Pregnancy and childbirth are major physical events, and postpartum moms deserve evidence-based guidance and proper rehabilitation. Finding the time to attend pelvic floor therapy can be challenging, and many of the programs currently available don’t provide much personalized guidance. I created this program to help postpartum women confidently rehab, decrease pelvic floor symptoms, and be able to access personalized guidance from anywhere.
After completing this program, you will:
- Feel confident in your connection to your core and pelvic floor
- Feel strong throughout your entire body
- Have tools to address common postpartum symptoms like urinary leaking and urgency, low back and hip pain, and more (and also to know when it is time to seek 1:1 care)

Course Outline:
- Module 1: Introduction to the program
- How to navigate the program, red & yellow flags for exercise, c-section and post vaginal delivery specific guidelines
- Module 2: The rehab program
- 8 weeks of progressive strength work outs designed to begin as early as 4 weeks postpartum. Each week includes three 30 minute work outs, with modifications and challenges provided throughout. Each week includes a core & pelvic floor day, upper body day, and lower body day
- Module 3: Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting videos including self pelvic floor assessment and treatment, back/hip/and SI joint pain exercises, self treatment and exercises for "mommy thumb", exercises to reduce symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse, and self visceral mobilization techniques
