Birth Ready:
Prenatal Prep Program
This course is designed to educate and empower expecting moms on how to support their body during labor, delivery, and early postpartum recovery with confidence.
Why I created Birth Ready
Â
Labor and delivery is the most challenging physical event a woman can experience. I feel that every expecting mother deserves to feel as prepared as possible for their pregnancy, labor and delivery, and early postpartum journey.
With busy work schedules, frequent prenatal doctors appointments, and possibly other children to care for, it can be incredibly challenging for expecting moms to make time for pelvic floor therapy and birth prep classes. This course covers important topics I teach all of my prenatal patients, but can be done from anywhere, at your own pace, reviewed at any time, and shared with partners.

Hi, I’m Dr. Alexis
Â
As a mom of 3 and a pelvic floor physical therapist, I understand how much conflicting information is out there about preparing for labor and delivery, and what you should be doing to support your recovery in the first 6 weeks postpartum. Whether you are expecting your first, second, or even third (+) baby, all of this information can feel overwhelming and confusing.
Labor and delivery is the most challenging physical event a woman can experience. I feel that every expecting mother deserves to feel as prepared as possible for their pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum journey. I created this course to provide accessible, evidence based education to expecting moms and their partners.
