Each mobility flow is a follow along video that is under 20 minutes. Two of the flows require no equipment, and the third requires a large exercise (pregnancy) ball.
Instructions on how to use kinesiotape
A PDF hand out and video of how to properly apply, wear, and remove kinesiotape, as well as 3 taping techniques for pregnancy.

As a mom of 3 and a pelvic floor physical therapist, I know first-hand how aches and pains during pregnancy can make for a long 9 months! I also know that many expecting moms are hearing about the benefits of understanding breathing mechanics and improving hip mobility for labor and delivery, but aren’t sure where to start.
