Why I created Core Confidence
Â
Pregnancy and childbirth are major physical events, and postpartum moms deserve evidence-based guidance and proper rehabilitation. Finding the time to attend pelvic floor therapy can be challenging, and many of the programs currently available don’t provide much personalized guidance.
I created this program to help postpartum women confidently rehab, decrease pelvic floor symptoms, and be able to access personalized guidance from anywhere.

How Core Confidence Works
Core Confidence is a self-paced exercise program that includes options to add personalized support as needed. It includes specific guidance for c-section moms, those who had perineal tearing, and troubleshooting guides for common postpartum problems such as back pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction. It can be accessed on your computer or phone (including on the Kajabi app)

Videos for each module
The exercise module will contain 8 weeks worth of progressive strengthening work outs (3 work outs each week). There will also be additional educational modules for moms following cesarean delivery, moms following vaginal delivery, general orthopedic pain, bowel/bladder dysfunction, and additional guidance for those who are past 12 months postpartum.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access to the course for reviewing videos as needed, progressing through the work outs at your own pace, and revisiting the program after any future deliveries.

Any updates made to this course will be automatically uploaded into your account.
Option to add on virtual sessions
Have additional questions? You will have the option to purchase a discounted 1:1 virtual session with me, or a 1:1 postpartum virtual package.

As a mom of 3, pelvic floor physical therapist, and pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, I understand how much conflicting information is out there about returning to exercise postpartum. Who exactly is this course for?

Postpartum women who delivered at least 4 weeks ago (there is no limit on how far postpartum this program can benefit you!)

Postpartum women who experience pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary leaking, constipation, or pelvic organ prolapse

Women with diastasis recti, back/hip/and SI joint pain
